Infinite loading for skins on mcpe

I started having this in sync loading error ever since the latest release on almost all the versions and has caused me to stop playing Minecraft as well but when I download Minecraft from PlayStore I have a issue where I would try to load a skin pack and it says 0 plus and I tried everything to fix it I was able to use the market place skins I had but every server I joined my skin would not work anymore either
