[MCPE-243961] World has a tint

All the blocks have a black tint. I tried messing with brightness to fix it but it didn’t work. And increasing my devices screen brightness had no effect. The world looks fine in the preview image.

That may be a case of vibrant visuals brightness affecting the look despite not using vibrant visuals. (a separately reported bug) Try changing the vibrant visuals brightness setting to 100%.
