Resource Surge in Minecraft Market when not in focus

Opened Bedrock. Accessed Marketplace, found an add-on and clicked the ‘play’ button to open the YouTube video in my browser. Upon opening video, my GPU fan (most notably) and system/CPU fans spike RPM. This happens for any video from marketplace that I pull up. The catch is, once the video opens, the problem persists even after closing the video. I can Alt + Tab within 2 seconds and still reproduce the spike in fan activity. It ends 1-2 seconds after closing the window. I opened other launchers (Riot Games, Epic Games, and windows such as File Explorer, Discord, YouTube Music, and PassMark) all at the same time to verify it is not a computer resource problem.

The problem only occurs in the bedrock marketplace, not in the launcher or while playing the game.

I do have a HWinfo64 CSV that I have attached if it helps. The computer is a little beefy so it’s not a parts issue.
