Ns2 motion blur with anything moving

All you have to do is like to move in a menu. It is extremely noticeable when you have a long list of add-ons or resource packs, but any menu that scrolls will do or even just looking around in the world. (I just recorded thevideo for the proof or whatever the description. The motion blur is way more noticeable without vibrant visuals on in a world otherwise it’s consistent.)
