Move randomly switching from fancy to vibrant visuals

(sorry if the grammar is not correct I am autistic and using text to speech) I play Minecraft bedrock edition on my phone and my switch 2 and really I have noticed that whenever I close out of the game close for like five or so minutes and then come back to it. It will randomly switch from fancy graphics, which is what I prefer to vibrant visuals.
