Subject: URGENT – Minecraft Bedrock 1.26.60 iOS Cannot Connect to Any External Servers (InitialConnection-149)
Hello Minecraft Support Team,
I am experiencing a serious connection issue with Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my iPhone.
While playing on a PikaMC server, my game suddenly went to a black screen and crashed. After reopening Minecraft, I started receiving the Terracotta error.
Since then, I have been unable to join ANY external multiplayer servers. Every external server I try gives me the error InitialConnection-149 or Terracotta.
However, the featured servers available in Minecraft still work normally.
My device and game information:
Device: iPhone
Game: Minecraft Bedrock Edition
Version: 1.26.60
Error code: InitialConnection-149
Microsoft account: Successfully signed in.
Troubleshooting I have already tried:
Switching between different Wi-Fi and mobile networks.
Changing IP addresses.
Disabling VPN and custom DNS.
Restarting my iPhone and Minecraft.
Uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft.
Checking my Microsoft account sign-in.
Unfortunately, none of these steps fixed the problem.
I believe this issue may be related to Minecraft's networking system, possibly NetherNet, on iOS.
Could you please investigate this issue and help me restore access to external multiplayer servers?
I would appreciate your assistance.
Thank you for your time and support.
