Subject: Game Freezing at 73% Loading Screen After Latest Update
Dear Minecraft Support Team,
I am writing to report a persistent technical issue I am experiencing with Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my PC.
Following the recent game update, I am no longer able to launch the game. Every time I open Minecraft, it gets stuck consistently at the 73% loading screen (with the loading bar and logo frozen) and refuses to proceed any further, even after waiting for an extended period.
I have already tried several troubleshooting steps to resolve this, including:
Clearing the game's local cache files (LocalCache).
Repairing and resetting the app via Windows settings.
Re-logging into the Xbox App and checking for store updates.
Running the game with a clean boot and offline mode.
Despite trying all these methods, the issue persists, making the game completely unplayable. Since the game was working perfectly fine before the update, this appears to be a bug related to the latest patch.
Could you please look into this issue and provide a fix or guidance on how to bypass this loading freeze?
