Inbox stuck on infinite loading on Switch 2 (prevents claiming physical edition discount)

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Launch the Nintendo Switch 1 version of Minecraft (physical cartridge) on a Nintendo Switch 2 console.

2.Sign in with a Microsoft account.

3.Open the in-game Inbox from the main menu.

Observed Results:
The left pane of the Inbox remains stuck on an infinite loading animation (tested for over 1 hour). The right pane displays "No new messages". No upgrade notification is accessible.

Expected Results:
The Inbox should load normally and display the exclusive discount upgrade notification for the Nintendo Switch 2 Ultimate Collection, which is available to physical edition owners.

Additional Info:
Network connection is confirmed working normally. This is not a connection issue. The bug blocks physical edition owners from claiming the time-limited upgrade offer.
