Download stuck/freezes on certain percentages

Im trying to install/download bedrock on my laptop and the download percentage freezes on 21% I’ve tried downloading it through the xbox app, official launcher & the app store and the issue is the same I also tried repairing and resetting all three apps and the isssue persists I dont have any pending windows update aside from the latest preview (KB5127936) (26300.9818). Any fix on this?
