When placing an observer infront of a comparator, which is infront of a copper bulb. The observer may inconstitently delay its redstone puls by one redstone tick.
When placing the observers like in the attachement one would expect that the bulbs light up at the same time but ~50% of the time the bottom bulb light up with a tick delay:
only observered one of the observer facing the same comparator having this issue at the same time (only thested max 3 observers at the same time)
orientation of the observer does not predict the effected one
when replacing the observer the problem persists for the same observer
tested on two different locations
not tested if copperbulb is necessary
not tested if comparator orientation is relevant
not tested chunckboarders (but would be very unlucky on two different locations)
