normal skeletons in nether fortress spawn with a sword

when i got into the nether fortress. i saw that some of the normal skeletons on the fortress are spawning holding a sword instead of a bow

to reproduce this problem. you just need to go into the nether fortress and go around looking for skeleton and some of them will have a sword.
