I have an iPad with the m4 chip and another iPad has an m2 chip. The m4 chip iPad has vibrant visuals disabled but the m2 chip iPad has it enabled (both have a render distance of 22 chunks) the m4 chip iPad used to have vibrant visuals enabled!
