Inconsistent pixels

Brief description of the problem

Some block textures have inconsistent pixelation. This affects the block when it's in the hotbar or inventory, and also in both survival and creative modes.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Set UI scaling to 75%, full screen, 1920x1080 screen resolution, enter a survival or creative world, and check the block textures in both the hotbar and inventory.

Expected Result

It is expected that the texture pixels of some blocks, such as the crafting table, will no longer display small white pixels of a different color when they are in the hotbar or inventory.

Actual Result

The textures of some blocks show white or colored pixels when the block is in the hotbar or inventory.
