Minecraft will load into the main menu but it won't let me play

Minecraft will load into the main menu but it won't let me press play or settings or marketplace and if I go into Minecraft preview it does the same thing it won't let me play I'm on windows and I use a mouse and then I use my controller to play the game my controller won't even let me go in it last night it was let me in it day before it won't me play it and now today won't let me play it I've been clicking and clicking and clicking it won't let me play it please get this fixed cause this is getting very annoying
