Chiseled Soulshale Does Not Exist in Ancient City Loot

The Chiseled Soulshale block is advertised in the 26.70.23 changelog and generating naturally inside Ancient City chests with a 23% chance. However, this block cannot be obtained from Ancient City loot in practice. Using the command /loot give @s loot "chests/ancient_city" mainhand also fails to produce it, indicating the item is missing from the loot table entirely.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition Preview 26.70.23.

2. Locate an Ancient City, or alternatively run the command /loot give @s loot "chests/ancient_city" mainhand in a world with cheats enabled.

3. Open Ancient City chests, or check the items received from the loot command.

Observed Results:

The Chiseled Soulshale block never appears in Ancient City chests, nor is it generated by the command. The block is effectively unobtainable through the intended loot source.

Expected Results:

The Chiseled Soulshale block should generate inside Ancient City chests with the stated 23% chance, and the command should be able to produce it as part of the loot table.
