Mouse input won't work once the game has lauched.

When I open the Minecraft launcher my mouse works fine, I am able to select anything in the app. but after a click play, the game launches and I lose my mouse input completely. I have run every repair tool, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, logged in and out of Minecraft, the Xbox app and the windows store. I have run repair tools in all three apps. and every time the game is reinstalled the same thing happens. It is worth noting, it is only Minecraft bedrock this is happening with, all other Xbox/Steam games work fine, including Minecraft Java in the same launcher. I have tried launching the game through the quick load buttons for my worlds and realm and the same thing happens, yesterday the game managed to load into my world with the quick launch button and I was able to move and use my keyboard, but couldn't look around because the mouse wouldn’t work. since running the repair tools, I not longer have the quick launch buttons available. so I am only able to launch the game, once it starts up the home screen appears, I have a mouse for a brief second, then the “store” or “update” pop up appears at the same time the realms button disappears. and from that point I have no mouse input. Also worth noting; my “Minecoin Balance” fails to load too.
