Minecraft won't let me using working addons

I don’t know if this is a device problem or what but I CANNOT get any of my addons to load.

I have tried Marketplace addons. Only 2 of them actually worked. I tried an app like MCPEDL. Still not working despite importing totally fine

I even tried making a mod but not even that would work. It says there is no issue in both the storage settings AND world settings but loading the world with the mod doesn’t work and it says to either redownload the mod or restart the game, which doesn’r work either
