Official Minecraft skins or custom png doesn't work on any worlds and servers

Custom and built-in skins appear invisible in the Dressing Room. When joining Dygers, my character's skin gets replaced with Steve, Alex, Noor, or Efe. Other players' custom skins are still visible. Older Minecraft versions worked correctly.
