Repeating Server Error and Skin Reset

I open Minecraft on my phone and I go play to servers tab and I play Multiplayer with my friends and I go play it then an error pop up said Multiplayer Connection failed and so many Error Codes like Guardian or Doors or like something that relates to Multiplayer Error I can't connect it so I play another and it does the same thing and a Pop up said “Failed to Import persona proceeding with Default skin” So please fix it
