Camera Jitters When Moving and Looking Around Simultaneously on Android

Short description:

The camera jitters when moving the player and looking around simultaneously using two fingers.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Android.

2. Enter any world or server.

3. Move the player using one finger.

4. Simultaneously rotate the camera using another finger.

5. Observe the camera movement.

Expected result:

The camera should move smoothly while the player is moving.

Actual result:

The camera repeatedly moves forward and backward in short, jerky movements. Player movement remains smooth and unaffected.

The issue occurs in all three touchscreen control modes, in all worlds and servers, and without add-ons or resource packs.

Lowering camera sensitivity reduces the jitter but does not eliminate it. The issue is more noticeable at 60 FPS and less noticeable at 120 FPS.

Changing Split Controls does not fix the problem. Moving the camera alone works normally.

This issue started appearing in recent updates. Earlier versions did not have this problem.

The issue is clearly visible in screen recordings.
