Different loading screens on Android & windows 10 Edition

In minecraft pocket edition in loading screen compared to win10 edition the minecraft logo is stucked with the loading screen whereas in Windows 10 edition the minecraft logo and the loading screen have a gap between them ! /(picture attached)

That is because in android you are using the Graphical User Interface option 3 and in windows you are using the option 2
