Cannot place redstone components on observers.

Before Beta 1.2 Build 6, one could place redstone components (dust, repeaters, etc.) on observers. As of that build, redstone components can no longer be placed on observers. Might be related to the change in Build 6 that allows redstone components to be placed on glowstone and sea lanterns.

Isn't 1.2.0.15 Beta 1.2 Build 5? If so, selecting that version would be incorrect. At the time of posting the bug report I did not see any option for beta 1.2 Build 6.

Can confirm. Repeaters do pop off if already on top of observers and the repeater is updated too.
