There's a problem with The Inception Achievements won't unlock! I tried to watch a tutorial on how to unlock the achievements on YouTube, but it didn't work either. For PE players you can unlock the achievements easily. I found a lot of evidence on YouTube about Minecraft: Windows 10 having the same problem with The Inception Achievements. Even though you use the Beta Together Update and using version 1.1.5 the achievements just won't unlock properly. Please Mojang fix this
