"Sniper Duel" achievement unobtainable

Tested Sniper duel as well in the end, on wither skeleton and on wolf. I'm convinced that the skeleton which I had trapped in my world converted to a wolf for some reason once it had loaded in into the new MC version, Might have to do something with that. Also not distance related as I already tested over 70 meters as mentioned, and besides on original X1 version it would give you a percentage done at the achievement counter whereas now it stays at 0. I think that maybe a change made to skeletons caused this issue (e.g. it seems as if wither skeletons also spawn more often).

Regarding So I Got that going for me, tested tamed and untamed Lllamas, tested with as many as 12 llamas, tested with 1 or with multiple leads, with or without carpet, with or without chest and with or without a filled chest on their backs. It is definitely unobtainable without a working workaround.

Tried a few more times to get inception as well, using redstone and lever or just a lever, even tried in the end.

I finish all achievements in game except these three achivements.

I tried several solutions and nothing worked.Please Fix the bug.

Does not work on version 1.2 which got released yesterday, as for the inception achievement.
I've made a list of all unobtainable achievements in Minecraft versions which Im aware of. (as it tends to differ per platform.)

I can officially confirm that this is an issue. I worked to try to get this achievement, shot a skeleton from well over 50 m and didn't get a thing for it.
