Water can't be picked up when using split touch controls. When turned off you can pick up the water, just as expected. Placing down water seems to work fine though.
What I expected to happen was:
Touch a waterblock to pick up the water, with the bucket in your hand.
What actually happened was:
Nothing. The water can't be picked up (note that a full waterbucket CAN place down water when using split touch controls)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a bucket and equip it.
2. Go to a body of water.
3. Turn on split touch controls
4. Try to pick up the water.

This isn't a duplicate. In the MCPE-2475 the guy stated that you can't pick up water and lava in creative, and he also didn't mention the split touch controls. This is a separate issue.
No it's not, I tried again last night and am still getting the same
situation. Water is not being picked up by the bucket. I tried with split
controls as well as non split controls. Maybe you guys need to give tips
on how to do things if you claim they are fixed.

In creative mode you cant fill buckets, but in survival works fine for iOS devices with split touch and withouth them (tested on iPod Touch 4th-5th and iPhone 4)
