[MCPE-26033] I have tried using a custom skin that I made and it's corrupt/broken

I have tried using a custom skin that I use for Windows 10 and it shows as corrupt. The skin is all black and I don't know how to fix it. It shows up just fine on Windows 10.
The skin is in the attachment.

tried the same skin on W10 bata 1.2.0.31 and it works fine

I can't get beta for win10 but it works fine for the current Win10 version.
