Entity Despawning

We haven't found how to reproduce this bug yet, but there is a random chance that all the entities in our area get despawned. As far as what we have encountered, we lost all the chickens in farm and horses and also all the item frames in our house, sometimes the items disappear after we get out of that chunk. We
