Render Distance is very low and I can't see far ingame.

When I played Minecraft yesterday after I update it my Render Distance ingame could go up to 14 max then played again today it was stuck on 7 I check online and someone eles render distance gos up to 60 but mine was really low and keep on changing the max it can be and can't enjoy the game because of low view distance.

This problem happen before on a previous version why me Please help.
