Mouse clicking issue when windows mouse primary button set to 'right'

Under windows mouse settings I have my primary button set to right. When I load into Minecraft if I click either mouse button both mouse buttons fire at the same time.

If I set windows mouse primary button to 'left' this issue goes away.

I normally use my mouse in primary 'right' and its super annoying that I need to switch it each time I want to play minecraft.

Also as an addition mouse accelleration seems to always be on in the game and its awful please provide an option for this.
