NOTE: Affects ALL Bedrock Platforms.
Sometimes when breaking a block after jumping, or mining and other block and then mining a different block, the breaking animation is slowed, but the time it takes to break the block is normal.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Jump, or mine another block (Ex: Dirt)
2. Mine the block you wanted to mine (Ex: Stone)
