Most Xbox Achievment text is mixed up! Not matching with icons and achievements

Since 1.2.2 update the icons for xbox achievements seem correct but for some achievements: the text is switched around between achievements. The text doesn't match the icons and achievements.

This is happening on my and my daughters xbox accounts, the same achievement texts are swapped around on both. It's happening in both the Windows 10 xbox app, in "achievements" off the Minecraft menu and the xbox app installed on my android Nexus 7 tablet (along with Minecraft).

Some achievements I previously unlocked have changed names but the icons have stayed the same, e.g:

• I unlocked: "Dispense with this" on 4/10 but now it shows the dispenser icon with this text: "Return to sender - Destroy a Ghast with a fireball" (I wish I had that achievement without frying!) I know it's that achievement as it's listed near the top (sorted by date) and I unlocked "dispense with this" on 4/10 as it states.

• it shows a pork chop icon for "Dispense with this" (when it should read "pork chop"). BTW The "pork chop" achievements now has a cake icon - it's a lie!!! 😉

• Another recently unlocked achievement, on 3/10/17 was the brilliantly named "let it go" walk with frost walker boots achievement. It has the correct ice icon but says "Map room". I got that achievement months ago!

I first noticed it yesterday when I made an semi-automatic furnace that should have unlocked "Smelt everything!" but it unlocked "Dry Spell" with a Hopper icon! It puzzled me since I already have that achievement, but then decided to check the achievements today and noticed this bug.

It's not occuring for all of the achievements. Some of achievements icons and text still match, like "getting wood", "bake bread", "passing the time", "benchmaking", "getting an upgrade", "cow tipper", "acquire hardware", "delicious fish", "have a shearful day" (lol), "diamonds", "chestful of cobblestone", "diamonds to you", "enchanter", "into fire", "body guard", "hot topic". Also "adventuring time" and "taste of you own medicine" may be correct ,not sure with enchanted boots and a potion-filled couldren. So I guess the remaining 61 achievements have their text swapped around!

This has only happened since my system automatically upgraded from 1.2.1 to 1.2.2 on 5/10/17. I know this because I got the correct notification for achievements unlocked until that day (noticed in the in-game notifications).
