Can't remove player from realm member list

I am trying to remove a player from my realm, they are on the second page of the member list. When I go to the realm management GUI, hit the +++ next to their name, hit the -, then hit remove, one of a two things happens:
1 nothing
2 it removes someone else either randomly or whoever is in the same position just on page 1
