Teleport to certain coordinates by nonexistent command blocks?

For some reason, I keep getting teleported to to the same coordinates over and over again. It only happens every once in a while, but it is really strange. It looks like by the text, a command block is what is doing it. However, I have created no such command block to teleport someone to the bell tower (That's the place in my world the command block keeps teleporting me to.) I seem to have lost my screenshots that I took, but should I find them, I will attach them as soon as I remember to do so.
