[MCPE-2862] D-Pad is too small for me.. I am using Galaxy s4.

I am using Galaxy S4 and D - Pad is too small that I can't play MCPE.. 😞

All issues related to the GUI HUD D-pad controller size being too small (despite the setting in the options that changes the D-pad controller size) have been linked to MCPE-3041.
