Minecraft Coin store inaccessible

I've tried accessing the minecraft coin store, I have access to the internet, I have access to download updates, I have access to everything but the coin store. I have tried contacting microsoft for this issue but alas, they refuse to help me with this issue, saying that it is either my internet provide (which I've tried using my phone or my regular internet provider for which means it is not) and that doesn't seem to be the actual issue. For some reason, I CANNOT access the coin store to purchase more coins. I wish to do so, so I can actually purchase more in-game content.
