The jukeboxes in mcpe do not play any sounds when music discs are inserted.

However, this issue has been closed as a Duplicate of MCPE-23761

This issue has been fixed in the 1.2.5 beta. For those not enrolled in the beta (eg iOS users) the free music pack DLC will need to be redownloaded from the store when 1.2.5 is released fully (no eta is known yet).
