I CAN'T UPDATE MINECRAFT PE TO 0.7.0

I see in the reviews that Minecraft PE 0.7.0 has come out and i am angry because I CANNOT UPDATE. It's not fair even if it is buggy i should be able to see for myself. I just want to know if they recalled the update or if for some stupid reason i just can't update. I need HELP!!!

If you have mods installed on 0.6.1, uninstall 0.6.1. Then go to the App Store/Play Store and reinstall Mine craft.
