In 1.2.9 the mobs were spawning normally in the world, and were still barely a few. In 1.2.10 they just disappeared! Please correct this problem, thank you!

This is also happening on the beta 1.2.10.1 on windows 10. I have got threw 3 different nether fortress and have not seen one wither skeleton. any kind of mob farms I have yield one drop and after being active near and further than 30 block I do not get any more. Also exploring on hard I only see a very few mobs if any!
