I can't leave the keyboard if I get hit while chatting

What I expected to happen was...:
While typing in chat, I would either continue chatting or be kicked off the chat menu and keyboard when I was hit.

What actually happened was...
I was kicked off the chat menu while chatting, but not the keyboard, and I had no way to close the keyboard.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a friend or use another device and go on local multiplayer.
2. Open the chat menu, and open the keyboard
3. Have your friend (other device) punch you.
