chunk-Drop fails

This bug is so exciting.
Affects all block palettes.
statement:
When placing a block, the chunk does not always hesitate to load by a second but very often and conspicuously.
known to me as Chunkfehler.
Report comes from me.

Info am a trained programmer and have experience in such things and something is not normal.
Please fix this chunk drop
error.

On all android, windows and platforms everything checks the same result.
