The new UI animations (fading between screens, inventories sliding onscreen etc.) are incredibly jumpy despite the game itself running at a solid 60fps.
See the attached video for a clearer explanation. The game itself is running at a good framerate but the pause screen and inventory have a subtle but really annoying stutter on their transitions.
It looks slightly less severe in the video because it's been compressed to fit within the JIRA filesize limits, but it's still clear in the video. It's worse in real life though.
Understandable on low-end hardware but shouldn't be happening on 4790k/GTX970/32GB

For me, this issue affects all versions of bedrock that I've played, that's iOS, Switch, and Windows 10. Switch was the first I've played more often and it was much more noticeable there I thought - but yeah, this isn't just limited to Windows. It looks like the animations are capped at 30FPS or less which contrasts heavily against the rest of the game running much smoother.
