If Education edition is enabled, the textures become blur(no applied texture pack)

Enabling Education Edition feature will make your texture pack become blur, I don't have any other texture is applied it's only a default texture pack but when Education Edition is enabled textures are become all blur. I try to apply a 16×16 texture pack, because I thought education edition have higher resource pack but still it's blur. My phone is Cherry Mobile Flare S4 Max. It's also blur in some Android devices especially on those low end devices.
