Drowned, Skeletons, and strays will not burn during the day while standing on; Prismarine slabs, dark Prismarine slabs, and Prismarine brick slabs. This is on the Minecraft bedrock 1.2.13 experimental mode.

Additional info:
Not experimental mode.
On Win 10
This is a realm world, but confirmed on local worlds as well
If they move off the block to a top slab they burn.
Found steps to reproduce the issue:
Place bottom-half slabs
Set the time to night
Spawn mobs (eg skeleton) on the slabs
In Realms only - set the time to Night
(OR in a local world) Exit the world
In the world options menu toggle the 'always day' option
Reload the world
I hit a zombie and skeleton in a test world and the fact they bounce up off the half slab seems to cause them to update and burn for a couple seconds, but then return to not being affected by the sun shortly after.
i am using pc bedrock version 1.14.6005.0 and i am having this same problem ..if the mob moves to the lower slab before the sun comes up they do not burn as long as they stay on the slab .. and in fact they are acting the same way as drowned do when sun is up , meaning that they do not move out of the slabs to go after me but if i am at the slabs they do attack me .. when i hit the mobs they start to burn and die from the fire .. EDIT : the slab i was using was smooth stone slab

This happens even without experimental mode on. I play on a survival world without experimantal mode and this happens on all slabs not only on the prismarine slabs.
