adventuring in my minecraft world when i came across a baby zombie riding another zombie....
I found this quite amusing, even if it's a bug.

However, this issue is Working as Intended.
Although it started as a bug, it is intentionally left in the game as a feature. And even got ported to the console editions as well. More info can also be found here https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Zombie#Baby_zombies.
