[MCPE-3352] Lava Burns Water and Overwrites It

To reproduce: Dig out a block and put water in it and put lava on a block next to it. You will hear the burn noise and the water will be overwritten.

NOTE: This also affects Android, as my Droid X2 is affected.

When lava flows over a water source block, it should turn into stone.
