[MCPE-33718] Minecraft Forgets Resource Packs

When I close Minecraft, it forgets the resource packs I have enabled in the Global Resources settings menu. I have to re-enable all my resource packs every time I load the game up.

This also happened before 1.4. Whenever I exit the game (properly), it causes the resource packs to be disabled when I re-enter the game.

Its been happening to me and all my friends as well. It doesn't always happen, but it happens most of the time, and with various texture packs.

Still seems to be an issue. Not even sure if Mojang is even working to fix it at this point.
