When looking up tutorials I found one on making a campfire, you use pistons, lava, water, a bed and 6 or more armor stands and fence posts. When you place lava on one corner and water on the other to prevent it from burning the armor stand will perpetually burn and look like a camp fire. In bedrock there is no fire, it just flashes red and then no matter what it will eventually disappear. Here is a link to a video that shows how to make one.

Jeffery, it may be intended but I was talking with someone who works on Bedrock edition on Reddit and they said they were going for parity with java edition and to post anything that doesn't work the same way as a bug on here.
Likewise on your post with item frames. Some behaviors are not the same with java but it does not mean that it is a bug, like piston behavior for example, they have different behaviors that are not considered as bugs.
Again, some things in bedrock edition just simply behave differently than java. Just because something does not work in bedrock edition doesnt mean its a bug.
You can argue with me all you want but I was directed by a developer that works on Bedrock Edition to do this so I will continue doing as I was directed.
You're taking that too literally. They meant for the feature. Some features.in java are simply not in Bedrock edition.
Thank you for your report!

Going forward we're going to be tracking parity issues and feature requests on the Minecraft Feedback Site, and we'll be tracking bugs here at bugs.mojang.com.
We're already working on achieving parity across versions where possible, and we're very keen to hear your requests or suggestions, so we'd encourage you to make a post at https://feedback.minecraft.net, or upvote an existing topic there.
If you're not sure whether your issue is a parity request or a bug, hopefully this article will help explain further: Parity Request Guide

I think this is intended. Armor stands take fire damage and eventually break. Not sure though because these behave differently from java.
