In minecraft nintendo switch edition (bedrock), turtles are not in the game, have you not yet added them or forgot to add them

However, this issue is Working as Intended.
As mentioned above turtles will be added in a later version.

Turtles are in the beta 1.5.0.7 not in the release versions. This is working as intended.
