I have been made a report about the server and you said you we are not solver problems at the servers so please help me im still can't join the serves there's a bug in it idk why

The development team themselves can't fix this issue as it isn't a bug in the game. You could be having trouble with connecting to the server due to your internet connect. You can always try reinstalling the game onto your device and/or signing out and back into your Microsoft Account.

Sometimes your WiFi may not let Xbox Live through which can make it where you can't connect to servers, Realms, or Minecraft Worlds. There's multiple ways to try and fix it if this happens. You can try closing Minecraft and reopening it, you can try turning your device off and back on again, and/or you can turn your WiFi router off and back on again. Hope this helps in the future!

Unfortunately we don't accept issues related to External Servers here on the bug tracker, but please add more details if you think this also affects multiplayer over Realms, LAN, or XBL.
I'd suggest contacting the server owner directly or seeking help on the Minecraft forums.
