[MCPE-36741] "MCPE!" is still a splash

The developers have been trying to remove all references to the name Pocket Edition from the game, but this splash text still appears.

Confirmed for 1.7.0.9 beta.

Cause:
Here is the file that is used for splashes: splashes.json
Line 42 is the cause of the issue:
"MCPE!",

Fix:

The issue can be easily fixed by removing line 42. Another solution is to change the splash to a different one, asa an example: MC.
